![]() For the 8 long years the Taarzan wasn’t in the news, today all that I found is this abandoned picture of ‘Taarzan – The Wonder Car’. 35 lakh for 15 year old vehicle, again we aren’t sure if it has found any buyers. And later in 2006, the Taarzan was again-up for sale in ebay asking a price of Rs. We are not sure, if DC design has managed to sell it or not. It was second model based on the MR2 platform and was out for sale at a whooping cost of Rs. It took the team eight months to design and produce Taarzan. The car was back on DC’s drawing board, and re-designed start from scratch. The Infidel formed the basis for a slightly more exaggerated creation of the same car in 2004, the Taarzan. For me, even today DC Infidel looks like a thoroughbred sportscar and is one of DC’s best creations. This car was first re-modelled and showcased at the 2002 Auto Expo in New Delhi, in the form of the DC Infidel showcasing DC’s design capabilities to the Europeans especially. ![]() The car was based on a Toyota MR2 (1991 model) with a mid-engined, rear-wheel drive layout and a full cab-forward design. There isn't any dull moment in the movie.India’s own automotive design house, DC Design had first unveiled ‘Taarzan – The Wonder Car’ on 15 th July, 2004 a month ahead of movie release. If you ignore all these logical mistakes and watch the movie, you will enjoy it a lot. There are many other loop holes that you can see on YouTube. Then only remaining scenes would have made sense. His financial situation would have been improved. Ideally our hero should have showcased that car to get some job as car designer. This is the biggest flaw in the story according to me. ![]() His garage boss also doesn't say anything. Then after making the car what our hero does? Starts roaming in the city in the car. But he finances our hero to build the car? Why? Emotions? Doesn't make sense. His boss in garage is very strict and can deduct salary for any uninformed leave. Our hero is a college student who is struggling to meet his daily needs. Then why the most didn't work? Because of illogical sequences and many loop holes. The movie concept is not ideal for promotion. The car didn't become famous as the movie didn't work. That movie became superhit but this movie was a disaster. Another movie was released just few days after this movie and promoted bikes(Dhoom). Also, car generates too much of smoke at very speed. Meanwhile, here are is a picture of the car in its prime. Of course that happens because of the ghost but then the actual abilities of the car get hidden. The movie shows that car repairs itself, it goes sideways, does some acrobatic stunts. Taarzan: The Wonder Car stock photos are available in a variety of sizes and formats to fit your needs. One for showcasing car abilities like power, comfort, style etc and another for the concept of car driven by a ghost (2 movies). Browse Getty Images’ premium collection of high-quality, authentic Taarzan: The Wonder Car stock photos, royalty-free images, and pictures. Ideally there should have been 2 different stories made. The man returns as a ghost, uses this car to take revenge. A car designer is killed by some cunning business men his car. But the concept they choose to promote the car is wrong. This movie was made to showcase the car and the car seriously looks awesome.
